Other things to note
• The cottage is accessed via a fairly steep path from the driveway to the entrance, and there are also steep internal cottage-style stairs inside the property. Unfortunately, this means the property is not suitable for guests with mobility issues or those who may struggle with stairs.

• The garden and outdoor areas are set on a hill, which adds to the cottage’s charming countryside setting, but care should be taken outdoors, particularly with children.

• Strictly no smoking anywhere inside the property.

• Well-behaved dogs are very welcome downstairs, however we kindly ask that dogs are not allowed upstairs or on beds/furniture.

• Robin Cottage is a much-loved property and we simply ask all guests to treat the home with care and respect during their stay.

• Robin Cottage is located within a peaceful residential area and we kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbouring properties at all times. Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly during the evenings and outside in the garden area. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.

• Airbnb only provides a generic “back garden” amenity option. While this amenity is ticked on the listing, the outdoor space at this property is actually a large front garden, as shown in the photos. There is no separate rear garden.
