HW Holiday Homes is an independent, family-run business specialising in the management of holiday homes in Yorkshire and across the Pennines.

Established in 2018 by Casey, with Andrea joining in 2020, we are a dedicated mother-daughter team passionate about providing exceptional care for holiday properties. As a small, independent company, we pride ourselves on delivering a professional, personalised service with a warm, approachable touch—ensuring both property owners and guests enjoy the very best experience

A family business you can rely on

Hi, I’m Casey, and I’ve lived in Holmfirth for over 25 years. My journey into holiday home management began when I started caretaking a couple of small holiday lets in the area—and quickly discovered a genuine passion for it. By 2020, I was managing five holiday homes across Holmfirth and the surrounding villages, offering hands-on, personalised care to both property owners and their guests.

Wanting to deepen my knowledge of the wider property industry, I pursued a Propertymark ARLA-accredited course at the end of 2020. This gave me a strong foundation not only in holiday let management but also in residential tenancies and lettings. Since becoming ARLA accredited in 2022, I’ve continued to grow the business, managing a number of holiday homes throughout Yorkshire.

Hi, I’m Andrea, and I’ve lived in Holmfirth for over 30 years. Before stepping into the world of holiday home management, I worked in accounts for over 35 years. Looking for a new and rewarding challenge, I opened my own holiday let in the heart of Holmfirth in July 2020—and haven’t looked back since!

Now, I work alongside my daughter as part of our family-run holiday home management company, helping oversee every aspect of our clients’ properties. From guest communications to hands-on hospitality, I take pride in making sure each guest feels welcome and well looked after. I’ve found my place in the hospitality side of the business, and truly enjoy meeting new people and making their stays as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Casey, Andrea and Zach have been working for us and with us for many years. After running the cleaning service, they then took over the management of our 2 holiday cottages and now take care of all aspects of the job, from organizing the cleaning service, to maintenance and repairs and decorating. They fixed our outside wall, put in a ventilation system, and even installed a new bathroom! Between the two of them, there’s nothing they can’t do! They also arrange inspections, utilities, and have great connections to plumbers, electricians, and other tradespeople. It’s been a pleasure to work with them for these years and to see them develop their business. I highly recommend them!
