• Barn End is located within a quiet residential area, so we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a respectful level at all times, particularly during the evenings and when outside. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.

• Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property.

• Please note that the bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs and are accessed via a steep staircase. As such, the property may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or those who may struggle with stairs.

• We simply ask all guests to treat the property with care and respect during their stay.

• Please note, if you need the sofa bed, please ask for it to be made in advance.
