This includes securing and regularly updating essential certifications such as the Gas Safety Certificate (CP12), annual boiler servicing, Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR), fire safety assessments, and a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
● Inventory checkups – We conduct regular inventory checks to ensure all items are present and in good condition. Should we find any items missing or damaged, we promptly restock them on your behalf, maintaining your property’s readiness for guests.
● Key Holding – For guests traveling from out of town, we offer a secure key-holding service. This ensures that in the event of a lockout or if tradespeople require access, a spare set of keys is readily available, providing peace of mind and uninterrupted service.
● Paying bills – HW Holiday Homes handles the payment of cleaning, maintenance, and other property-related invoices on your behalf. Each expense is itemized and transparently reflected in your monthly payment summary, ensuring you have a clear overview of all outgoings.
