Upstairs, the main bedroom provides a bright and restful space with a comfortable double bed and carefully chosen touches to ensure a good night’s sleep, while the second bedroom features a snug bunk setup that works perfectly for children or additional guests. We kindly ask all guests to treat the property with care and respect during their stay, as it is a well-maintained and much-loved home.

Please note that the cottage may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues due to steep stairs within the property.

We are happy to welcome dogs; however, they are not permitted in the bedrooms at any time.

Due to allergies, strictly no cats are permitted.

The property does not have a garden, however it is located in a rural village with open fields and walking routes just a few minutes from the doorstep.

Please Note: This home is in a residential neighbourhood and is a traditional terraced property, with neighbours on both sides. Out of respect for the community, no hen parties, stag parties or any kind of events are permitted.

Quiet hours are strictly 10pm–9am.
If noise complaints are received, guests will be asked to reduce noise immediately. In serious or repeated cases, we may have to ask guests to leave the property without refund, in line with Airbnb’s policies.

Please Note: Strictly no smoking inside the property. When smoking outside, please keep the door fully closed to prevent smoke entering the house.
