• Hawthorn Bank is located within a quiet residential neighbourhood, so we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a respectful level at all times, particularly during the evenings and when outside. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.

• Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property.

• Well-behaved dogs are welcome, however we kindly ask that dogs are kept out of the bedrooms and off furniture where possible.

• Strictly no cats.

• We simply ask all guests to treat the property with care and respect during their stay.
