Other things to note
• Located in a residential area, please keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings and at night, and be respectful of neighbours at all times

• The property is set over 3 floors with steep stairs throughout, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or young children without supervision

• Strictly no smoking anywhere inside the property

• Dogs are welcome, however they must be kept downstairs and are not permitted in bedrooms

• Strictly no cats under any circumstances

• There is space to park one vehicle directly outside the property. To help keep this space available for guests, a plant barrel is positioned in front of the house. This can be moved if you wish to park directly outside, and we kindly ask that it is returned to its original position when you leave.
